The Red Wing 6" Moc Toe boot was originally designed for hunters and farmers in the early 1950s. The Red Wing Moc-toe was built to withstand hard labor and harsh weather conditions. The Red Wing Shoes 1907 is made with Copper Rough & Tough leather which has a beautiful, scraped look. The Red Wing Shoes 1907 does not have a Goodyear welt, but a Norwegian welt. A Norwegian welt is stitched to the sole and upper, providing more strength and sturdiness. The Red Wing 1907 boot has a White Traction Tred which provides maximum grip and comfort. The Red Wing 1907 has a brown mid-sole and leather laces.
